 Moderate Main Building Rooms The Moderate guestrooms are the most economical guestrooms available at the Fairmont Hotel San Francisco. Primarily located on the seventh floor of the historical Main Building, these rooms have been completely refurbished, featuring beautiful new furnishings throughout. The view from these rooms is extremely limited. Bed Type: one Double bed Size: 300 sq. ft. View: Extremely limited Fairmont Main Building Rooms Recently restored to their original splendor, the Fairmont Queen Main Building rooms are cozy and quiet rooms located on floors 2 through 6 in the historical 7-story main building. These rooms are beautifully decorated with Royal blues and golds, and each has a marble bath. All rooms have windows that open and face the interior rooftop of the Main Building. View: Limited view of the interior courtyard Deluxe Tower Building Rooms Deluxe Double Tower Building Rooms are located on floors 2 through 8 facing the San Francisco bay, and floors 2 through 23 facing the Financial District. All rooms have been completely renovated, and include oversized marble baths with separate shower and tub along with a large desk and sitting area. -Take Highway 101 North into the city. 101 North can be accessed from Highway 280 North. -Stay in the left lane and follow the signs for Highway 101 North, Golden Gate Bridge. -Take the 9th Street, Civic Center exit. Make a half left onto 9th Street. -Go 5 blocks to Market Street.. -When you cross over Market Street, 9th Street becomes Larkin Street. -Go 14 blocks on Larkin Street and turn right onto California Street. -Go 5 blocks on California Street and turn left onto Mason Street. -Turn right on California Street, from our front door. -Go 8 blocks. Turn left onto Van Ness Avenue. -When you cross Market Street, Van Ness Avenue becomes South Van Ness. -Follow South Van Ness to Howard. -Turn right on Howard. 101 South entrance is on other side of the intersection. -Take Hwy. 80 West over the Bay Bridge ($2 toll). -Take the Fremont Street exit off the Bay Bridge. Fremont Street is the first S.F. exit on the right. -Turn left at the bottom of the exit onto Fremont Street. -Get into the right lane and go 2 blocks until Market Street. -When you cross over Market Street, Fremont Street becomes Front Street. -Go 2 blocks on Front, and turn left onto California Street. -Go 8 blocks up California, and turn right onto Mason Street -Take Hwy. 101 North into the city. 101 North can be accessed from Hwy. 280 North. -Stay in the left lane and follow the signs for Hwy. 101 North, Golden Gate Bridge. -Take the 9th Street/Civic Center exit.
